Policies

Punctuality:

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before classes commence.

Home Materials:

Home materials is compulsory and need to be paid for before lessons start.

Payments:

Payments can be made once off or split into two separate payments. Payment for classes should be made before classes start. Payment types: cash or cheque. (Cheques should be made out to ‘ConsultAfrica 232 limited.’)

Refund Policy:

Refunds may be requested due to an unexpected family move or serious illness necessitation withdrawal from class. I regret that refunds cannot be offered for opened ‘At Home Materials’ or nonattendance at individual class sessions. Any refunds requests will be considered on an individual basis and at discretion of the teacher. Please remember that your child’s place is reserved in class for a whole term, therefor it is your responsibility to ensure you and your child attends all lessons. Refunds will not be given for any missed lessons.

No traveling costs will be covered for in any ways.
